Scott Beaudin is the current voice actor behind Rattles. He is from Canada, but was raised in Philadelphia.
Beaudin has starred or guested in a wide range of vocal roles in animated television. He once starred as Squirt on Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends alongside one-time Arthur voice actor Cameron Ansell.
