The S.S. Icebuster is a ship seen in "Buster Baxter and the Letter from the Sea". Ernest J. Churney, one of its sailors, was accidentally left on Antarctica. His message in a bottle ended up in Buster's hands over 50 years later.

Appearance[edit]

The S.S. Icebuster has a red hull and white bridge, and resembles one of the United States Coast Guard icebreakers. Though if it was an American icebreaker, it would have had the initials USCGC (United States Coast Guard Cutter), rather than SS.
