Kevin "Rattles Ciccone" Miller is a member of the Tough Customers, and is one of the antagonists in the series. Rattles has been a Tough Customer member since the first season of the program. Rattles has a brown tuft of hair, sticking out of his baseball hat, which he wears backwards. He wears a black leather jacket, a white T-shirt, green jeans and high tops. Later on, he had a dog called "Crusher". Crusher first appeared in 'Pet Peeved'.
