Rattles Ciccone is a 4th grader, who is a member of the Tough Customers. He is one of the antagonists in the series. Rattles has been a member of the Tough Customers since the first season. He used to go to Mighty Mountain, but he transferred to Lakewood. Later in the series, he had a dog called Crusher, who first appeared in Pet Peeved.
Appearance
Rattles has a brown tuft of hair, sticking out of his baseball hat, which he wears backwards. He wears a black leather jacket, a white T-shirt, green jeans and high tops.
