Rae is a character that first appeared in the episode The "A" Team. Not much is known about her, but she did like how Francine played during the soccer game they had with Mighty Mountain. She got along with Francine pretty well and mostly likely the same with Brain. She also introduced Francine to the Elwood City All-Stars. She played well with the All Stars and was probably already a good soccer player before joining them.
