The President is an unnamed character that is the president of the United States of America. He first appears in "D.W. Goes to Washington", where he kindly gives D.W. a tour of the White House on the way back to her family. He was later mentioned in "Arthur Meets Mister Rogers", when Arthur told Mr. Rogers that he once met the president. He appeared once more in D.W.'s story in "I'd Rather Read It Myself", where he gave a military funeral for Spanky the eagle. He had a small cameo in the "James Hound" movie in "Arthur Makes a Movie." He talks with a southern American accent.
Appearance
The President is an aardvark with grey hair. He wears a brownish-black suit and matching pants, and a white shirt. He has an aquamarine handkerchief in his pocket, which matches his tie. He also has a yellow tie-clip.
