The President is an unnamed character that is the president of the United States of America. He first appears in "D.W. Goes to Washington", where he kindly gives D.W. a tour of the White House on the way back to her family. He was later mentioned in "Arthur Meets Mister Rogers", when Arthur told Mr. Rogers that he once met the president. He appeared once more in D.W.'s story in "I'd Rather Read It Myself", where he gave a military funeral for Spanky the eagle.
