4th Grade Male Rabbit is a unnamed fourth grader that reoccurs alot throughout the series as a background character. He has had some speaking roles like in the episode Francine's Bad Hair Day and in the episode Arthur Makes Waves, but other then those two episodes he has not been heard speaking since.
While he does hang out with other fourth graders he is seen hanging out and talking to other third graders just like Prunella Deegan, but most of the time he is seen hanging out with Otis. In the earlier seasons and episodes he also hung out with Binky and was even seen in Mr. Ratburn's class in some cases.
