PBS Kids Pet-Tacular was a programming special on Monday, Sep 1, 2003. The theme of this program is pets -- and the kids who love them -- and showcases the first two episodes of CLIFFORD'S PUPPY DAYS and two episodes of ARTHUR. ZOOM kids Shin Ying, Mike and Aline host the event, and Emily Elizabeth has a cameo in the breaks.
