The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) is an American non-profit public broadcasting television service with 354 member TV stations in the United States. Funding comes from various sources, such as private donations, TV show sponsorship, and government funding.
NET Playhouse and PBS Kids
At first PBS Kids was NET Playhouse but then 25 years later, PBS Kids is the brand for children's programming aired by the PBS. Arthur, along with several other shows, air during this block. As with all PBS programming, PBS Kids programming is non-commercial.
