Otis in "Dancing Fools"
Otis is a character appearing in Arthur's Eyes as a non-speaking character. In Dancing Fools he is Muffy"s dancing partner. Through out the entire series, his only line is "I thought I was supposed to lead." He was a episode in Arthur World's Greatest Gleeper he quote is "Do you hear Arthur Gleep Spam he tough"
