Ngngafajhg is an imaginary country Arthur imagined that Sue Ellen spied for when she first moved in. It is unknown where it would be on a map if it were real. In it, kids (at least spy kids) can drive cars. They also plan to rule the world somehow. Even its residents have a hard time pronouncing its name. This can be seen when Sue Ellen is delivering the Master Program to an aardvark agent.
