Neil Gaiman is a British real-world author. He appears in the episode "Falafelosophy," where he offers Sue Ellen advice about the graphic novel she is writing after meeting her at his book-signing. He wrote the real-world book Coraline, which was also adpated into a graphic novel and a movie.
He will return in an upcoming episode of Season 16.[citation needed]
