Ms. Ratburn
Ms. Ratburn is the sister of Mr. Ratburn . Little is known about Ms. Ratburn, for she only appeared in one episode of the Arthur show. She once substituted for Mr. Ratburn when he lost his voice. The kids were afraid of her because they thought she was going to be just as hard as Mr. Ratburn; but, when she arrived the next day, she was extremly easy on the kids, such as making them say the 1 times tables. At first, the kids thought they were incredibly fortunate to get such an easy teacher. But, as class rolled on, they realized that she was too easy. They soon got bored, and somewhat annoyed with her, and were actually happy when Mr. Ratburn came back
