Unknown Elwood City Librarian is a young female aardvark with dark complexion and dark hair with average hair syle and length. She usually wears a yellow sweater with blue dress. She bears a very strong resemblance to Becky.
Her tasks at Elwood City Library include checking out books, checking in books, and reshelving books.
Her appearances are cameos which includes Arthur and The Real Mr. Ratburn where she jumped back in fear upon discovering somebody hiding in her book cart.
She has a speaking role in Arthur Makes a Movie where she was locked out of the library's computer network system. Neither her nor Paige Turner could regain control because The Brain accidentally hacked into the system wich included access to the electrical circuitry.
