Mr. Sanders is the landlord and owner of Westboro Apartments. He has two appearances in the series so far; Francine Goes to War and Feeling Flush.
Appearance
In his first appearance, Mr. Sanders is depicted wearing a yellow shirt, blue overalls, and brown shoes, and carries tools around his waist.
However, he was completely redesigned in Feeling Flush. In his appearance he wore a turquoise vest and white undershirt with a blue tie. He also wore jeans and carried a set of keys, most likely to all of the rooms in the complex.
