Mr. Evans is an elderly man who often visits the Senior Center.
Biography[edit]
Arthur helped Mr. Evans hang the streamers for the Fourth of July picnic and listened to Mr. Evans' story of how he earned his medals. That winter, Mr. Evans played a game of Go Fish with Arthur, Miss Stine, and Mrs. Runyon. Arthur helped him put on his best jacket for the award ceremony for Volunteer of the Year, where he was the announcer.
Behind the scenes[edit]
According to the insignia on his uniform, he was a Corporal in the United States Army.
