Micheline Charest was an executive producer on Arthur from Season 1 through Season 4.
Cinar Tax Scandal
In October 1999,Cinar was investigated for tax fraud.It was discovered that Micheline Charest and Ronald A. Weinberg had $122 million into Bahamian bank accounts without the boardmembers' approval.This effectively ended Charest's and Weinberg's careers on Arthur as producers.
