Mei Lin Takes a Stand is the second half of the 8th episode of Season 12. It first aired on April 22, 2009 with The Blackout.
Summary
Binky's little sister, Mei-Lin, would rather crawl than walk until she hears a story from Pepe, a flea, from (from "Flea to Be You and Me") and his brother.
Plot
Mei Lin wants to crawl her whole life than walk, which is much easier. She hears a story from Pepe and his brother, who are friendly fleas. Mei Lin changes her mind about the subject after the story. At the end, when Binky drops his action figure in Mei Lin's crib, he notices her standing and runs to get his mom. It turns out Mei Lin is Binky's sister.
