Martin Spivack is a boring, whiney telemarketer for Neverbetter Insurance that appears in Buster's imagination in "Bitzi's Break-up". Martin telemarkets at dinnertime and likes his coffee black with five sugars.
Even though Martin was originally a fantasy character that only existed in Buster's imagination, he has been seen as a background character on multiple occasions since then.
