Luke Reid was the former and first voice actor for Alan Powers (The Brain). He was his voice actor from seasons 1-4 (36 episodes) and is credited for the Jekyll and Hyde song. He left after season four once his tone was too deep to continue playing as the Brain (this happened to a lot of the voice actors).
He had only one other television appearance, which was in an episode of The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne, where he played a newspaper boy ("Let There be Light", episode nine [source])
