Lucy's mother is the mother of Lucy.
Biography
When Buster imagined having to apply for a job in Crown City, she was in line at the Employment Office.[1] She and Lucy were walking past the Ice Cream Shop when Brain scared Lucy by panicking at a bee in his polar bear costume. She ran away carrying Lucy.[2]
