Lance Armstrong is a bicyclist who has competed in the Tour de France 7 times. He has been a guest star on Arthur three times; in "The Great MacGrady", "Room to Ride", and "Binky vs. Binky". As of August 24, 2012, Lance Armstrong has been stripped of all 7 Tour de France Titles by the USADA.[1] On January 17, 2013, Lance Armstrong he officially admitted to Oprah Winfrey in a televised interview that he had used performance enhancing drugs and that "his 'mythic, perfect story' was 'one big lie'."[2]
