Joe is a car mechanic works for Best Repair Shop. He first appears in Arthur's Perfect Christmas, where he is the mechanic who comes to fix Fred's car. However, his most prominent role was in "Pick a Car, Any Car," when the Reads take their car to get fixed at the repair shop. He later comes to buy the car from them and take it away, but it is fixed by The Car Talk Guys's advice before he can do so. Joe purposely decided not to fix the car because he saw it more profitable to buy it instead.
