Joe is a car mechanic who works for Best Repair Shop. He appears in "Pick a Car, Any Car," when the Reads take their car to get fixed at the repair shop. He later comes to buy the car from them and take it away, but it is fixed by The Car Talk Guys's advice before he can do so. He also appeared in Arthur's Perfect Christmas. He was there to fix Fred's car.
