Jesse Vinet is a voice actress who voiced Rae in the episodes "The "A" Team" and "World Girls."
Vinet is a voice actress who has been active since at least 2000. She has been a regular voice of Caillou's sister Rosie on the PBSKids series Caillou and was also the voice of Sagwa's sister Sheegwa on Sagwa the Chinese Cat with fellow Arthur voice actress Holly G. Frankel (Fern) who was Sagwa, and several other Arthur cast members. Vinet's other roles have included voices on programs such as The Tofusand Creepschool.[1]
