Jane Lynch (born July 14, 1960) is an American actress and comedian. She is featured in the Arthur episode "Mr. Ratburn and the Special Someone," and plays Nigel Ratburn's sister Patty Ratburn.[1]

Her other works include Calhoun in Wreck-it Ralph and its sequel Ralph Breaks the Internet, Coach Hutch in The Loud House, Jackie Greenway in Handy Manny, Alice in Rio, Gretched in Shrek Forever After and Donkey's Christmas Shrektacular, Gail in Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Mrs. Johnson in Phineas and Ferb.
