Jacques Nettoyer is a fictional hockey goalie from the Arthur chapter book, Arthur and the Goalie Ghost. According to Buster, Jacques was the best hockey goalie to ever exist. That's why Buster wanted to become goalie. When Buster was goalie for the Elwood City Flyers, Jacques kept appearing as a ghost and telling him what to do.
