4th Grade Male Rat is an unnamed fourth grader who debuted sometime during Season 1 of the series. He is a background character and is seen in the background of many places around Elwood City including Lakewood Elementary School.
He spoke only in the episode So Long, Spanky where he was at the pet store that was going to feed the Boa Constrictor. He has been seen with 4th Grade Male Rat (Number 2) many times. He is nice to the kids and he attends the same fourth grade class as Prunella.
He was also in the same kindergarten class as Prunella along with most of the other kids that are now fourth graders who are seen around Lakewood.
