Happy Happenings is a short story by Fern, in "Fern & Persimmony Glitchet". It was featured in the Lakewood Elementary Reader. The characters are similar to the ones in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, with Fern as Snow White, the main character. It didn't turn out to be successful at all, as people thought it was way too boring (because of it being so happy, and nothing interesting ever happening to the main character).
