Give Buster Candy Day (referred to by Buster himself as Give Me Candy Day) was Buster's idea for a new holiday in "The Long, Dull Winter." Starting out resembling Halloween, kids dress up in fun costumes, ring Buster's doorbell, and give him (and only him) candy.
