Ghost-Doe is a henchman of Catnapper, both made up by Buster in "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver."
Her powers are unknown, as she never got to fight against Cat Saver, but they are assume to be ghost-related. She is see-through, because she is a ghost.
Trivia
- She looks similar to Disney's Bambi.
- Since she is a superhero, it is unknown if she died to become a ghost.
