Ghost-Doe is a henchman of Catnapper, both made up by Buster in "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver." Her powers are unknown, as she never got to fight against Cat Saver, but they are assume to be ghost-related. She is see-through, because she is a ghost. It is unknown if she died to gain her power in the first place or if her appearance is tied to her abilities.
Trivia
- She looks similar to Disney's Bambi.
