Francis Haney

Herbert Haney, is the principle of Arthur's school, Lakewood Elementary.

Mr. Haney is a bear with a white and light yellow fur. He is often seen wearing a light blue jacket suit over a white shirt and a stripe orange and blue tie. He also wears a dark blue pants with brown loafers. He also wears glasses.
