Valentine is a female anthropomorphic cat in the 4th grade at Lakewood Elementary School. She is usually cast as a cameo character and is often seen in the lunchroom. She did have a speaking role in the episode Arthur Goes to Camp, but has since been used as cameo character throughout her appearances. She is also a member of the Tough Customers, but is usually seen with them at lunch. She hangs out with the 4th Grade Male Rabbit most of the time. Before the Tough Customers she was part of the group of kids(most likely fourth graders) at Camp Horsewater that competed against the kids at Camp Meadowcroak and the group she was in subsequently lost.

Appearance

Valentine is depicted with a tan complexion and long orange hair tied into a ponytail plus bangs, and wears a white T-shirt, a black sleeveless biker jacket, red pants, and sneakers. In the episode D.W. All Wet she was seen wearing a black maillot. During her last appearances her skin color has gotten lighter then it was during earlier episodes.

Trivia

• She made occasional appearances in the earlier episodes, but started making rare appearances after Season 9. Then after Season 13 she mysteriously disappeared and hasn't been seen since. The Pride of Lakewood was her last appearance in the show.
• Just like her friend she only spoke in the episode Arthur Goes to Camp.
• This character is the only reoccurring unnamed fourth grade girl to ever speak so far.
