4th Grade Female Cat is an unnamed fourth grader who debuted in the episode D.W. All Wet. She is a minor character who is generally seen in the lunchroom or in the hallways at school.
She spoke once in the episode Arthur Goes to Camp and has never spoken since that episode. She is also a member of the Tough Customers, but is usually seen with them at lunch, although in one episode she did chase George along with Binky and Rattles.
She hangs out with the 4th Grade Male Rabbit most of the time. Before the Tough Customers she was part of the group of kids(most likely fourth graders) at Camp Horsewater that competed against the kids at Camp Meadowcroak and the group she was in subsequently lost to Meadowcroak.

- She made occasional appearances in the earlier episodes, but started making rare appearances after Season 9. Then after Season 13 she mysteriously disappeared and hasn't been seen since. The Pride of Lakewood was her last appearance in the show.
- Just like her friend she only spoke in the episode Arthur Goes to Camp.
- This character is the only reoccurring unnamed fourth grade girl to ever speak so far.
- She was usually seen with 4th Grade Male Rabbit most of the time.
