Fishface is a circus clown of Boris's circus. He is in charge of teaching the kids how to be a clown and riding the unicycles and other clown tricks. He specially tutored Francine to be a good clown in "Francine's Big Top Trouble". He appears again in "Through the Looking Glasses," during a scene that Arthur imagines.
