I took this photo so I do own it, but I do not own the Arthur characters, I copied the characters from P.B.S. Kids website using the PrtSc button and pasted them on Microsoft Paint, and then I copied and pasted them on a blank document one at a time, and repainted all the white parts another color. Then recopied the characters and pasted them onto the photo, which was also copied using PrtSc and pasted on Paint. I posted the characters on random parts of my photo. This is a Live-Action/Animation setting and is somewhat of what I'd like to see on an Arthur episode, the Arthur characters and a railroad crossing with American flashing light signals and red and white gates with lights mounted on the gate arms (except I'd like it to be completely animated)

For further honesty, I didn't ask P.B.S. if I could use the characters. so this picture can be removed if unauthorized.
