I took this photo so I do own it, but I do not own the Arthur characters, I copied the characters from the P.B.S. Kids website using the PrtSc button and pasted them on Microsoft Paint, and then I copied and pasted them on a blank document one at a time, and repainted all the white parts another color (such as Buster Baxter and the character's eyes so the white wouldn't camaflouge with the background, I turned off the Draw Opaque. under Images.  Then recopied the characters and pasted them onto the photo, which was also copied using PrtSc and pasted on Paint. I posted the characters on random parts of my photo. I also turned all the white parts back to their white color. This is a Live-Action/Animation setting and is somewhat of what I'd like to see on an Arthur episode, the Arthur characters and a railroad crossing with American flashing light signals and red and white gates with lights mounted on the gate arms (except I'd like it to be completely animated)

Further note: I wasn't satisfied with the Buster Baxter on the character page, so I used the picture of Buster from the game Groovy Garden (also on P.B.S. kids) and I used PrtSc to copy picture, pasted it on Paint, removed the background surrounding Buster.  And I turned him from white to pink before pasting him on the photo so the white wouldn't camaflouge with the background.  Then I turned Buster and every white part of him back to white.  I wanted to use Buster facing his audience with his arms folded but I couldn't remember where I found it, so I used the picture of Buster you see instead.

The featured characters are Arthur Read, Buster Baxter, Francine Frensky, Mary [Muffy] Alice Crosswire, Alan [The Brain] Powers, Sue Ellen Armstrong, George Lundgren, and Shelly [Binky] Barnes.

The setting is at a railroad crossing on Silverlake Road in Tucson, Arizona.

For further honesty, I didn't ask P.B.S. if I could use the characters. so this picture can be removed if unauthorized.
