Fern: The Effective Detective is a game on the Arthur page of the PBS Kids website.
Gameplay
Your Turn
The player is given a random selection of eight people to choose from. When the person is clicked, a menu drops down of physical characteristics of said person, such as 'standing' or 'wearing blue'. The player must select three characteristics that, together, will only describe the selected person. Once the player submits their decision, Fern will reenter and cross out each person that does not fit the selected characteristics. If the player fails, Fern shows the error and lets the player try again. If the player is successful, Fern congratulates the player and proceeds to begin her turn.
