At an earlier time Binky and Mr. Ratburn's third grade class visited the Exploratorium where they saw how many things like magnetism static electricity and solar power worked. Binky did not enjoy it. When Arthur and his friends were in third grade at some point Mr. Ratburn brought them here and they did the same things as the previous third grade class. Binky came too because he was held back from moving into fourth grade. Binky didn't enjoy it at first but later on started to enjoy it when he found The world of tommorow.
