The Elwood City Police Department is the crime-stopping unit of Elwood City. They are often seen during dreams and daydreams completing an unusual task that would not necessarily be considered illegal. They are rarely seen throughout the city apprehending criminals and stopping crime. In several episodes, however, a background noise can be indetified as a police siren.
