The Elwood City Police Department also known as ECPD is the principal law enforcement agency of Elwood City.
Information
They ECPD are often seen during dreams and daydreams completing an unusual task that would not necessarily be considered illegal. They are rarely seen throughout the city apprehending criminals and stopping crime. In several episodes, however, a background noise can be indetified as a police siren.
