The Elwood City Art Museum is a museum in their fictional city Elwood City and the only museum that is not real. The museum does not appear in the movies Abby's Flying Fairy School:The Movie or Arthur's Missing Pal but appears in a few episodes and here is a picture of it now and let's look it up right now till the videos end too and the picture must have moved.
