Eli is a general store worker who is only seen in "Grandpa Dave's Old Country Farm". He is a friend of Grandpa Dave. He is the owner of the general Store in Grandpa Dave's home town. He appeared again in a flashback of the 1967 25th Annual Dog Show, in the audience.
