Ed Billings is a friend of Grandpa Dave who appeared in "Grandpa Dave's Old Country Farm." He always offers to help Dave take care of the farm, but Dave says that he doesn't need help.
Ed also has appeared in multiple Arthur episodes. He first appeared in "Buster's New Friend" as a farmer on the Bionic Bunny Show that Buster and Arthur watch towards the end of the episode.
