The Dunce Patrol is a nonsense cartoon Arthur watched on Saturday morning in the episode "The Rat Who Came to Dinner." The only line they seem to say is "Duh". Arthur watches the show to get his mind off school and learning for the weekend. He seems to like the show, although his mom doesn't. It was only seen once.
