Dr. Sozio is Arthur Read's dentist. He was whom Arthur visited when his baby tooth wouldn't fall out.[2]
Biography
Season 1
Arthur visited him.[2] He was among the audience in Arthur's flashback of the Dental Hygiene Orchestra.[3]
Season 3
He appears when D.W. decides that she wants to lose a tooth. Arthur and D.W.'s mom takes both of them to see Dr. Sozio, and Arthur plays with Dr. Sozio's fake mouth, making fun of the echoy sound it emits whenever you talk into it. His mother asks him to take his hand out of it (even though Arthur only talked into it) to which Dr. Sozio replied, "Oh, that's okay, Mrs. Read. That's what it's for."
Other appearances
Dr. Sozio also appeared in a picture in the Arthur's Guide to Children's Hospital Boston website feature, as someone working in the cast room. His appearance is almost the same as it is on the show, except he has brown glasses frames instead of gray, and is wearing blue and gray under his coat instead of green and white.
