He is a brown rat like Nigel Ratburn, however, unlike Mr. Ratburn, he speaks in rhyme just like all citizens of Verseburg. He lives in a mansion.

- His name could be a parody of Dr. Frankenstein.
- He's a rat but his daughter is an aardvark, suggesting Clementine could be adopted.
