Derek Montaigne is a teenage celebrity actor. He is the star of Summer School Musical and Buccaneers of the Bahamas Part IV. Buster was convinced that Mr. Higgins had seen him in Elwood City, so he set up a "Derek Montaigne tour" in the episode "On This Spot".
